Whitstable et alia...

Chillham castle, which is apparently owned by a guy who invented flexi betting on the internet in the UK. Mick Jagger was going to buy it, however the residents voted him off the island. Probably the coldest place we have been thus far (Day 3)

More Chillham. Cute little town near Whitstable, where we stayed with Drew's Godmother, Frances. Quite a nice town.

Self-photo of Camille and Frances, by Camille! This was at a pub called "The White Horse". It was a typical English pub, in the typical English countryside... run by a Scot. Was mildly offended when Pauline asked him what he wore under his "Skirt"!

Charming siblings in a charming pub! This is in Canterbury, a walled city and the home of the Archbishop of the Church of England. Shame, he was too busy to meet us that day. I hear he makes a mean cup of tea. His loss, really...

Camille and Peg having a hi-larious conversation!

The cathedral in Canterbury, complete with Christmas tree! How lovely.

The cathedral somehow seems a bit out of place next door to a Starbucks and an Internet Cafe...

Its a bit froggy in Whitstable at sparrow's fart when Drew makes us go for a walk.

(It's about 10am, by the way)

On our way to Dover in Camille's van (whose name is Rita May, by the way) to see the White Cliffs.

First (eva) self timed photo with bona-fide White Cliffs in the foreground! Yeah!

Camille bravely piloting the faithful Rita May back to Whitstable.

They haven't seen each other in 2 years, and this is how they treat each other.

And they're how old???

Us!

Drew and Peg in Brighton... how sweet...

Hiya Drew & Pauline! Took pity on you for having 0 comments (found that out from Camille's blog of course!). But I guess that's what you deserve for failing to notify your Favourite Menzies Cousin Aged Over 20 that you even HAD a blog - so, serves you right! Hope you guys are having a corker of a trip, and I promise to check out your blog regularly from now on! You can return the favour, too...www.shewhohesitatesislost.blogspot.com

I have no idea what html tags are so choose not to use them. Great to see your photos, really enjoyed your artistic talent. To think that that will be us one day on a 50 seater bus with a bunch of grey power people touring the world in 6 weeks, on the pension, kids off our hands' no worries, while youre at home tied down to work and kids wondering what in the world happened to your life- where did it all go??? Continue having a great time, I insist. By the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREW!!!!!!!! (bet you thought we'd forgotten). lots of love, best wishes and all that

Jane and co,
p.s. Why do all the photos of Peg have a glass of wine in them ?????
