Our Van Trip - Croatia
Our first view of Croatia from the ferry. 9 hours of listening to a very slow Italian practice his English on us was rather draining. Nice guy, though.
Dubrovnik, Croatia. Looking from the walk around the wall of the old city, "Grad".

Drew taking in the view and the heat along the walk around the wall. A very long wall. A very long walk.

View from the wall. Note uber-yacht at left.

Peg at one of the many ports in Dubrovnik.

The old town. 70% of the roof tiles are new as a result of the fighting in the former Yugoslavia only 10-15 years ago.

Drew is ready for a swim!
In Split, after a massive storm that lasted all day and outlined the exact locations of the leaks in the car. Only one!!! Yay!
Split, after the storm.

Drew constructing Peg's new favourite toy. 90% of people had a li-lo and we wanted some of that action! Endless more "swimming" now!

A secluded beach and swimming spot where we had a picnic and were only interrupted frequently by some "natural" swimmers. These guys love getting their kit off.

...but did we partake in this naked nudie time...? We give away no secrets.

Rovinj. Another beautiful sunset at the water's edge. World's best camping ground. Pool the size of Swtizerland. We were only going to stay for 1-2 nights and ended up staying for 7! Loved it! Even though having the van camped on an angle too great for the chocks gave us more of a back ache than you can imagine.
Front row seat to watch the boats coming in and out at Rovinj. The next day we caught a ferry to Venice for the day.
